The women’s Bible study I lead just began an inductive study of the Spirit-Filled Life. God is teaching me so much about balancing faith and works and walking in the Truth. I love Him!
This week’s memory verse is about just that. Click “like” at the bottom of the page if you want to memorize it, too! Or, comment with the verse you are going to memorize this week.
“Direct me in the path of your commands,
for there I find delight.” – Psalm 119:35 (NIV)

I didn’t do too well memorizing the wording of last week’s verse, but God definitely got His point across. A gentle and quiet spirit I do not have! But thankfully, all things are possible with God. Please be praying that one day I learn how to practice the quietness and peace that comes with being filled with the Holy Spirit!
This week, God has been showing me something new. Be blessed by memorizing this verse!
“But anyone who lives by the truth comes to the light, so that his works may be shown to be accomplished by God.” John 3:21 (HCSB)

I’ve decided to go ahead and begin posting one Scripture verse per week with the intent of memorizing it. After thinking and praying some more about my Top 10 list from yesterday, I thought this might be a good, motivating verse to begin tackling my to-dos (including Scripture memory) with.
“Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary.”
– Galatians 6:9 (NASB)
I would be honored if you would memorize this verse with me. Click “like” below I you agree to participate! Or, post a comment with the verse you are working on memorizing right now!
